Powered by a 1/3 HP motor, this submersible sump pump has a maximum flow rate of 3600 GPH (13,627 L/h). Built-in thermal overload protection prevents the motor from overheating by switching off the sump pump before damage is caused. Thermoplastic construction lends durability to this basement pump by helping to prevent rusting and corrosion. The vertical float switch allows for automatic operation of this submersible utility pump. A top suction design eliminates air locks and clogging from the bottom of the sump pit. A screwdriver, hacksaw, tape measure, rigid pipe, tongue and groove pliers, zip ties, cement, and a check valve (sold separately) may be required in order to install the pump. This product includes a 10’ (3m) power cord.
