The kit includes four 2.5 lb. weight plates that can be used with the 10 lb. barbell or the two 5 lb. dumbbell handles. When you’re finished with your training, rotate your Vue and store your included equipment on the back in just moments. Your Vue comes ready to monitor your heart rate while you work out using an external device, which can be purchased separately.
